Organizing this data is where things get interesting. Using AI and Google Workspace, I’ve built a system to quickly gather, structure, and visualize COA data. Here’s how it works: You can use Google Drive to store PDFs of COAs, which are split into manageable chunks using CollabBook. Then, a custom GPT reads the data and organizes it into a structured table, which is easily copied into Google Sheets for analysis. From there, use Looker Studio to visualize trends, whether it’s tracking THC percentages or exploring terpene profiles across different strains. This system is fast, efficient, and helps everyone in the cannabis business—from the grower to the retailer—make data-driven decisions.
