Lazydaze Expands With New Locations, Partners, & Products

MedX Holdings (OTC: MEDH), soon to be rebranded as Dazed Inc. (DAZE), announced an aggressive expansion strategy centered on its Lazydaze franchise network, new product launches, and the continued buildout of Dazed Distribution. The company plans new store openings in Texas and Maryland, the launch of infused K-Cups, coffee, and mushroom products, and the acquisition of the Lazydaze.com domain as it pushes toward a larger national footprint.

Headspace

One detail buried in the announcement may be more significant than the store openings themselves. MedX revealed that its new Lazydaze Infused K-Cup is being developed in collaboration with Headspace Alchemy, the New Mexico-based company domiciled in Las Cruces. While many consumers know Headspace for its vapes, edibles, and infused products, the company increasingly appears to be positioning itself as a manufacturing, white-label, and distribution platform, as suggested by the companies post on LinkedIn throughout 2026.

The K-Cups are said to be infused with 25mg Full panel tested Hemp, although no word on how upcoming changes to the farm bill come November would impact rollout.

Desert Peaks

While Headspace handles manufacturing, those types of services require materials, good thing Desert Peaks Farms, one of New Mexico's largest producers, is also located new Las Cruces. Desert Peaks supplies flower, fresh frozen, biomass, trim, and manufacturing inputs to brands, manufacturers, and distributors throughout New Mexico, making it a natural upstream partner for companies focused on product development and formulation.

Desert Peaks Farms shares an address with Rich Global Hemp in Mesilla Park at 4884 S Main Street, a massive warehouse with ten bay doors ready for linehaul distribution. Joshua Rich is listed online as Founder/CEO of Desert Peaks Farms and also the founder and CEO of Rich Global Hemp.

What's interesting is that Rich Global Hemp wasn't a small local project. In 2019, New Mexico awarded incentives to support a planned 750,000-square-foot greenhouse operation with ambitions to become a major hemp supplier. At the time, Joshua Rich publicly stated he had operated or partnered in cultivation projects in:

  • California

  • Nevada

  • Oregon

  • New Mexico

Another connection that stands out is Rich & Rose, a California-based wellness brand. Joshua Rich is referenced as the inspiration and industry veteran behind that company as well. Although a link to the website seems to be inactive: https://www.richandroseofficial.com/

Viewed individually, these announcements look like routine business developments. Taken together, they suggest something larger is taking shape.

  • Desert Peaks = cultivation and raw material.

  • Headspace = branding, formulation, distribution.

  • Lazydaze = retail footprint and consumer access.

That's a fairly complete value chain, especially for investors looking for a road map to ROI.

K-Hole

The age of throwing sh*t at the wall and seeing what sticks has ended, 2026 is shaping up to be the year to buddy up. Operators are going to need to build strong relationships with proven operators, no more trial by fire.

MedX is building retail and franchise distribution in Texas and Maryland. Headspace is developing products, manufacturing capabilities, and distribution relationships. Desert Peaks provides cultivation, genetics, and raw material supply. Whether a official partnership is announced is yet to be seen.
