The Weedlink App is a custom-built sales and order management platform developed by CDM (Cannabis Driven Management) to help small cannabis businesses manage wholesale orders, product catalogs, and inventory — all without paying for costly enterprise systems.
It runs on Google AppSheet, built over a free public base template called Shopping Cart 7.2 by MultiTech Visions, which CDM modified extensively to fit the realities of cannabis operations.
Think of it as a DIY version of LeafLink or Distru, built entirely with Google tools — fast, affordable, and flexible enough for real operators.
Why It Was Created
Weedlink was born out of frustration and necessity. Most small producers and retailers juggle multiple disconnected systems — BioTrack for compliance, QuickBooks for accounting, Google Sheets for tracking, and maybe a high-priced marketplace subscription that barely gets used. None of it talks to each other.
After talking with dozens of operators across New Mexico, the problem was clear:
