Who We Are
A community of industry enthusiasts, operators, and advocates who view the plant as both medicine and a lifestyle. Our goal is to be a standard for quality and service in the industry.
We are here to bridge the gap between the traditional market—community, culture, creativity, and health—and corporate operations—process, accountability, data, financial controls, technology, and scalability—and blend them without stripping away the character that made this industry what it is.
Since entering the licensed market, we realized that businesses open for ten years are facing the same challenges as the ones open for ten days: lack of training, services, and support.
So we made our own.
“It’s the same thing we’ve been doing since high school; it’s just legal now.”
What We Do
We have a history of:
- Reducing costs and waste
- Increasing market share, revenue, and margins
We do this using a combination of:
- Consulting
- Training
- Revenue recovery
- Data analysis
- App development
“If we can’t find you at least$15,000in annual savings, you probably don’t need our help!”
How We Do It
Cannabis Driven Management brings a program of industry-focused business philosophy, principles, and methodology designed to scale your business.
With decades of hands-on experience, we help take the guesswork out of costly mistakes by introducing tried-and-true processes adopted by operators all over the country.
Don’t waste time or money figuring it out the hard way. Get help today!
“Real human intelligence and experience.”
Who We Work With
From micros to MSOs, we work with every type of licensed activity, ancillary service provider, and individual to help manage and scale every part of the business:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Operations
- Finance
And, of course, compliance—which overlaps everything we do.
Whether you’re just getting started, an experienced operator, or a legacy veteran, CDM is here to gently guide you on your journey.
How We View the Industry
Lifecycle Management
We understand that sometimes the story doesn't end after the sale, and the planning often needs to begin long before the seed hits the soil.
Understanding how all of these pieces work together is a process we call Lifecycle Management: understanding the entire supply chain from seed to sale—before, after, and everything in between.
This means taking a grand view of both operations and technology stacks to identify waste, opportunities for efficiency, and potential savings.
Our Process
We approach that work through a process we call ABLE:
Assess → Build → Launch → Evaluate
- Assess — Assess the situation: What are the processes? What are the pain points?
- Build — Design the solution. That could mean a process, SOP, training program, reporting system, technology implementation, workflow, or a combination of them.
- Launch — Put it into the real operation. Train the people involved, establish accountability, and make the new process part of everyday business.
- Evaluate — Measure the results against the original objective. Verify that it works, identify what doesn't, and determine what should happen next.
Our Principles
We approach everything we do by following these principles:
1. The Business Comes First.
2. Be Easy to Do Business With.
3. Measure Everything.
4. Consumers Define Quality.
5. Trust, but Verify.
6. Make Data-Driven Decisions.
