NMS2S alert: Dutchie Publishes NMS2S Details
Dutchie added two New Mexico-specific walkthroughs to its migration hub on August 28, 2026:
NMS2S Integration Setup
NMS2S Receiving Inventory Workflow
Who is affected: New Mexico retailers using Dutchie POS, particularly system administrators, compliance staff, and receiving teams.
Operational impact: Operators now have vendor training for connecting Dutchie to NMS2S and handling inbound inventory after transfers resume. This does not alter CCD’s transition dates: BioTrack must remain connected through September 4, and retailers should not resume receiving until NMS2S access opens and the workflow is authorized.
Required action: Have the NMS2S administrator and receiving leads review both walkthroughs and document the setup/receiving process before September 2. Do not disable Dutchie’s BioTrack integration yet.
What changed,
Each Dutchie location requires its own NMS2S location token; tokens must not be reused across locations.
Enter the token under Settings → Integrations → New Mexico S2S only after Dutchie announces availability and the integration card appears.
Leave the prepopulated Base URL unchanged. Do not use the sandbox URL; Organization ID and Location ID remain blank.
After enabling, perform a hard refresh and review Traceability → Integration Audit.
New inbound inventory must be received in NMS2S first. It should then appear in Dutchie under New Mexico Inventory Not Yet Received, where staff match the catalog item and assign its inventory room.
During transition, discrepancies and inventory adjustments may need correction in both Dutchie and NMS2S, with a reconciliation log retained.
Effective date: Guidance posted August 28, 2026; integration availability is expected around September 2 but remains dependent on Dutchie’s notice and CCD authorization.
Who is affected: Every New Mexico Dutchie POS location, especially NMS2S administrators, receiving teams, and compliance staff.
Sources: Dutchie’s expanded NMS2S migration workflow and CCD’s official transition timeline.
