CCD Issues Recall On GH Labs Products
On February 26, 2026, the New Mexico CCD issued a mandatory statewide recall of a medical edible product called GH Kush Pops, manufactured by GH LLC. More than 100 retail locations across 35 cities are ordered to immediately remove the product from shelves.
No health complaints were reported, and the action was taken strictly for regulatory noncompliance. The product contained 200mg total per package, split into two 100mg lollipops. Under New Mexico law, medical edibles may contain no more than 50mg per serving, making each lollipop double the legal limit.
While the recall notice does not address financial responsibility, retailers will likely be required to destroy the product, and whether they receive credit from the manufacturer is discretionary. The enforcement action reinforces that potency limits in New Mexico’s medical program are non-negotiable. Even without reported harm, exceeding statutory potency thresholds triggers removal from the market.
