BioTrack Data Migration Archive New Mexico Track And Trace
Preserve a snapshot of your BioTrack records in an organized Google Sheets archive that belongs to you
While most operators can export a current inventory report, when it comes to compliance and record keeping, you want ALL your data, not just the stuff you can see.
Our API extraction tool can retrieve inventory records with zero remaining quantity.
That's not dead weight in an archive. Those records can establish historical package IDs and provide context for records that are no longer represented in a conventional current-inventory report.
Current Inventory tells you what's on hand today. Our BioTrack Archive extracts and organizes the records available through your state mandated BioTrack account—including zero-quantity inventory, rooms, adjustments, QA records, manifests, transfers, operational records, cultivation records where applicable, sales, and tax reporting.
How It Works
After purchase, provide CDM access to the BioTrack location being archived.

For example: If you have a retail location with a manufacturing license, that would be two locations.
The archive is an extraction and reporting tool. It is designed to read information returned by BioTrack and preserve that information outside of the BioTrack interface. It does NOT write to or post transactions to state databases.
CDM does not warrant that BioTrack will return every historical record associated with an account. Customers are responsible for reviewing their archive and confirming that the information they require has been successfully extracted.
